Lauded for fusing his industrial electronic experiments with revamped Chicago house, Svengalisghost built a following as a DJ on the dance floors of Chicago’s ‘90s loft scene with an arsenal of disco and house before evolving into an eclectic, machine loving producer in search of new sounds. On stage, he’s a wild man, his live vocals growling with reverb as he plays faultless, gritty, quick time techno heaped with addled acidy beats from a dystopian retrofuture.
