Through writing songs, Amsterdam based artist Sterre Weldring tries to untangle the complex emotions we all encounter. By describing her experiences from different angles, she hopes to find truth and comfort for herself as well as for others in need of it. Inspired by the likes of , and , Sterre's music can best be described as melancholic indie-pop, folk influenced and dramatic, expressing emotions as grand as they can feel internally.
