STEPPE is a project by Lies Steppe and Patrick Steenaerts. STEPPE’s music has so far been a well-kept secret which came gradually to life during many long nights. The result shows a surprisingly strong pop sound, but always with a twist. Lies Steppe presents radio programmes for Klara, the VRT’s cultural radio (Dutch-speaking Belgian national radio). In Laika on Sunday nights she offers music from the darkest corners of Klara’s CD collection.
