1. starmaker is band that plays spacey britpop/indie rock. the brainchild of jon waller, starmaker has included musicians and dear friends stella leung, greg pishko, duncan mcroberts, andrew simler, chris pettit, chuck smyth, and others. starting in 2007, starmaker continues to record and perform while jon pursues a graduate degree in mental health counseling. the band is currently based out of south florida/ gainesville and is finishing recording a new ep entitled "circle or triangle," due in 2010.
