Some Call Me The Poet formed from the proverbial ashes of (at least) 3 rock bands from Monroe, CT. With a catchy anthematic pop sound, face-melting guitar solos, and an intense fan base, they ruled the CT scene in the summer of 2006. The biggest thing which sets Some Call Me The Poet apart from other bands is their devotion to the crowd. They play music because they love it, they play shows so that everyone can have a good time.
