Solar porch is a four piece psychedelic blues band based out of the Mississippi Delta. Members include Sid Barger (vocals), Marlow Dorrough (drums), Caleb Boyles (bass), and Andrew Hancock (keys). Founded in 2008, the group has undergone many changes to perfect their funky sound. Currently, they describe their music as "psychedelic hell country blues". Some of their influences are Bill Abel, Paul "Wine" Jones, Junior Kimbrough, Muddy Waters, Blind Lemon Jefferson, The Meters, The Grateful Dead, Talking Heads, and Mastodon.
