Smaller were a band of lads from Liverpool, led by songwriter Peter "Digsy" Deary. They were friends with Oasis and often supported them on tour. Digsy was commemorated in song by Noel Gallagher with the Oasis song Digsy's Dinner, and Noel is credited with additional guitar on Smaller's 1996 debut album Badly Badly and single Is.
