Slitheryn was formed in the summer of 2000 by brothers Tommy "T-bone"(drums, 14) and Frankie Burke (vocals, 12), their cousin Anthony "Ant" Burke(guitar, 15), and their friends Mike Lang(guitar, 15) and Ryan Beltz (bass, 16). This next generation of metalheads is following in the path of their heroes Helmet, Filter, Deftones, Slipknot, and Mudvayne and writing attitude driven heavy rock with melody. The difference with these teens is they are not doing it in front of their mirrors with tennis rackets, and they are not "boy band" wanna-bes, they are playing their instruments and writing songs as well as any...
