Shu-Bi-Dua's 2006 Concert History

Shu•bi•dua or Shu-bi-dua was formed in 1973, when frontmen Michael Bundesen and Michael Hardinger joined forces on a radio show. Their first album (dubbed Shu-bi-dua 1) came out in 1974, and they released records almost every year throughout the 70s and 80s. They became nationally famous through the 70's, in close competition with the Gasolin' for the unofficial position as the biggest band in the country. Eftersom jeg nu er en aldrende mand på 62 år vil jeg prale af sandsynligvis at være en af ganske få nulevende personer der så Shubidua’s debutkoncert i Tivoli i Odense først i 1970’ erne. Der var omkring 20 - 30 tilskuere og de eneste børn til stede var mig, min bror og en ven fra vores vej. Tivoli er nu zoologisk have og virker lige så fjern for mig som koncerten gør.
