Shannon Wurst is an award winning singer-songwriter in the americana/roots music tradition. She is from Alma, Arkansas - the Spinach Capital of the World. February of 2007 saw the release of her debut album "Sunday Pie" to critical acclaim. Her sophomore album "What's More Honest Than a Song" was just released in March of this year (2010). She is based in Fayetteville, Arkansas and has both western and eastern tours of the US planned for the upcoming year.
