Shanna in a Dress (aka Shanna Hoar) started writing and performing folk music at the University of Virginia before moving to Boulder, Colorado where she was a regular at coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and other venues along the hip and ever popular Pearl Street scene. In May 2022, she released her debut studio record "Robot" after a successful crowdfunding campaign. Professionally produced, "Robot" highlights Shanna's intricate and introspective lyrics and songwriting ability, as well her vocals and acoustic guitar talent.
