Around age six, Searchl1te (aka Kee - BassByThePound Crew) appropriated the family tape recorder. Re-using abandoned cassette tapes, he documented his random glossolalia, the sound of the mic rubbing on various household objects, and interviews with his toddler brother about the state of the known universe. After being gifted a walkman by a neighbor, he began to produce radio shows in his bedroom. Tunes were cued up on the walkman, tape rolled, mic stuck in between the headphones and the latest Grandmaster Flash...
