While best known for his award-winning documentary "Kill Your Idols," Scott Crary also performed as a music producer, deejay, and turntablist during the 1990s under the name "DJ S.T.R.E.S.S." As DJ S.T.R.E.S.S., Crary was an associate of the Native Tongues and was a former member of the Universal Zulu Nation. Additionally, Crary has directed music videos for Cat Power and Katamine and acted as a Contributing Cinematographer for U2's "Window in the Skies.
