The band was formed in 2000, by Jason Sellards (aka Jake Shears - lead vocals) & Scott Hoffman (aka Babydaddy - keyboard / bass). Other members are Ana Lynch (aka Ana Matronic - lead vocals) & Derek Gruen (aka Del Marquis - guitar).
