Samar Mattar (Arabic: سمر مطر) is a female singer from the United Arab Emirates whose talent was discovered by Kuwaiti singer Abdullah Al Rowaished. She has a style of singing that differs from other Arabic pop singers and sings mostly in the Gulf Arabic accent, except in some of her more recent songs which have been in the Egyptian accent.
