Ryan Ruff Smith is a singer-songwriter from Golden Valley, Minnesota. Ryan plays a stripped-down variety of tightly arranged pop songs, lyrically often wistful character pieces. He is also a guitarist and singer for the indie pop ensemble Spencer McGillicutty. He has no formal releases, but songs are available to listen on his MySpace page, and he frequently plays shows in the Twin Cities Area.
