Russ Brown's collection of life stories will grab you with the first track, "Las Vegas Blvd". His voice show a little wear from the years, but the combination of 'been there, lived it' lyrics delivered with an unvarnished voice reminiscent of Jackson Browne and Bob Dylan will keep you intrigued and wanting more. Lines that stay in your head like "I'm gonna love you til my lawyer says otherwise" and "you act so fast but you think so slow...you laugh so loud, but you laugh solo" make you want to listen to what this singer songwriter has to say.
