Rusowsky is the artistic alter ego behind which Ruslan Mediavilla hides, a young man from Madrid with Belarusian roots and classical musical training. He is one of the representatives of the new underground scene that is flourishing these days thanks to the ease of being able to record songs from home, without having large technological means.
