Since its inception in 1997, royal space force has released 7 albums and one ep. the instrumentation on the records varies from guitars and synths, to drums kits and drumachines, to samples and video games. royal space force were pioneers in video game sampling, one of the first groups ever to take samples direct from video game carts and to make an entire album from these samples in 1998.
