Royal Control is an indie rock band formed in 2009 in Melbourne, Australia. Made up of James Winstanley (guitar, vocals), Brendan Purcell (guitar, vocals), Adam Roberts (drums) and Liam Mahoney (bass), the Melbourne quartet played their original rock music at many of the city's more popular live music venues over a few years to warm crowd support. While not having a specific release to their name, the band did record and release several of their tracks as free demoes between 2010 and 2012.
