Born in Baton Rouge Louisiana, 23rd March 1974. Country singer and song writer. Debut album in 2005, 'Ms America'. Had hit when Jamie Oneal charted with 'When I think about angels'. Also songs recorded by Lee Ann womack. Roxie has a good voice with a fresh sound and is well worth a listen.
