Roc 'C' is an Indie Gangsta Rapper from the Stones Throw label. He's a native of Oxnard, CA, the home of one of such rappers/producers Madlib, Oh No, and Wildchild. He was first introduced on the song "Move Pt. 2" by Oh No in 2004.
