Rile 9 Collective is a band that was formed on December 23, 2012 in Los Angeles, California by frontman and drummer Frankie Loyal. The band was born of both frustration and salvation to say the least. Untouchables guitartist, Moises Cassillas and and a few other musicians joined up with Loyal to put the band in motion. After the usual and expected growing pains of a new band, R9C managed to release their debut EP "To Walk In Truth" on Chapter 11 Records...
