American guitarist Richard Supa (real name Goodman), singer and songwriter, is proficient in his unusual and unique tenor vocals. Supa was briefly the frontman and guitarist of the East Coast rock band Man, which he parted with following the release of the 1969 album of the same name. Richard then went on to pursue a career as a session player and songwriter. He also released four solo albums between 1971 and 1978, and his song "Chip Away The Stone" was covered by Aerosmith and Humble Pie.
