Raindear is the musical moniker of visually striking Rebecca Bergcrantz, who grew up immersed in music, inspired by her parents who are both reputable musicians from the jazz and classical world. Absorbing all she could from them, Raindear sang and wrote songs from a very young age, and eventually went on to write and self-produce her debut album ‘Embers’ in 2016 from an isolated studio in her hometown of Malmö in Sweden, which received excellent reviews from tastemakers and blogs worldwide.
