On January 1st, 2008 in the suburbs of New Jersey musical ideas were plaguing a teenage mind. Mike Beagan (formerly of Casual Wish) who was still in the band at the time was contemplating to start his own solo side-project to fall back on when he knew that the band's break-up was inevitable come the summer of their Senior year of High School. Mike started to piece together thoughts, ideas, the direction of his new project while he was still in Casual Wish.
