Rachel Wagner is a Northern California based singer-songwriter with quiet energy and honest, lyrical passion. Rachel’s newish album, “When We’re There I’ll Let You Know”, displays a wide range of musical intensity ranging from sparse, intimate, piano led ballads, to solid, full band tracks. During the Fall of 2008 Rachel completed a Northern California Borders Bookstore Tour in an attempt to promote her album. More often than not, no one showed up to hear her sing …but sometimes people did! ...
