Pride and Joy Concert History

Pride and Joy were actually the same group as The Del-Vetts, the Chicago band famed for one of the greatest mid-'60s garage rock singles, "Last Time Around." After releasing three singles as the Del-Vetts, they changed their name to Pride and Joy for the 1967 single "If You're Ready," which actually wasn't far below "Last Time Around" for fine garage rock raunch matching tough guitars with solid pop hooks.
