Pillowinde is a indie rock/power pop band/project based out of New Brunswick NJ. Starting out as a solo project by singer and guitarist Claire Ruiz, a band was formed with David Ramos (Quickclot) in the fall of 2021, with the 2 playing shows in the New Brunswick area. On April 1st 2022 they rereleased the eponymous solo debut, "Pillowinde". The true debut album, "Jets to Brunswick", was released a year later on April 14th, 2023. Around this time David left the band, and Chelsea Bentivegna joined on bass.
