Perpetual Deception, a metal band hailing from Central, Louisiana, draws influence from groove metal, thrash metal, heavy metal, and metalcore. The group was founded in 2018 by Ryan Asbury (lead guitar) and Dylan Holt (drums). Initially performing at various live shows across the southern United States with different lineups, the band later added Hailey Bolton (rhythm guitar, lead vocals from 2018-2019) and Slade Aycock (bass) while in Central, Louisiana.
