Patricia Wake is a singing, songwriting, guitar playing, Sci-Fi/ Fantasy loving, ren-faire going, steampunk SCAdian goth chick fangirl. Patricia writes very serious songs (SRSLY) then presents them with irreverence and inappropriate laughter. Although her major musical influences include Leonard Cohen, P.J. Harvey, Kate Bush, Nick Cave, Tom Waits and Joni Mitchell, she is also influenced by way too much caffeine, crazy cat lady disorder, an obsession with speculative fiction, and a morbid fascination with the concept of entropy.
