Paper or Plastic is the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge of music. Largely untamed, but a vast, underutilized resource. The young band’s latest release, "Best of Luck to Cody James!" taps into their rich talent lying just beneath the surface. If properly harnessed, the band feels that the album could power every SUV in America for at least two and a half years.
