Papa Wheelie is a Stoner/Hardcore Punk powerhouse trio formed in 1996 consisting the legendary Metallica bassist Jason Newsted (Guitars/Vox) along with Steven Wiig (Drums) & Joefus (Bass). They play a thrashy brand of Stoner Rock with some definite Hardcore Punk influences, drawing an improvised structure with skeletons of riffs and no set lyrics, They call it Stönk (Stoner/Punk+Motörhead).
