Orquesta Salsabor is een energieke salsa bigband met muzikanten uit Cuba, Argentinië, Venezuela en Nederland. Het orkest speelt de grote klassiekers van het traditionele latin en salsa bigband repertoire uit Cuba van onder andere Machito en Benny Moré. Daarnaast brengt Salsabor de 70/80-er jaren New York Salsa Dura stijl, de groovende muziek uit 'el barrio' van New York van salsa iconen als Eddie Palmieri, Willie Colon en het New Yorkse Spanish Harlem Orchestra.
