Open to the Hound is the solo project of 21 year old singer, song-writer, multi-instrumentalist Garrison Owenn York. Also associated with Green Typewriters, Garrison has been exclusively recording for Open to the Hound and playing live with Green Typewriters since autumn 2007. Since the winter 2008 completion of Open to the Hound's debut record entitled: The Lied EP or Such Sweaters on Our Teeth, much work is being focused on the propagation of said tunes into the hands of whomever, wherever.
