One Vital Word is a Punk/Hardcore Band Based in Newcastle. They formed over 3 years ago to write and play fun, energetic, fast paced music that they could enjoy as mates. They have developed an energy filled stage presence over the years that always makes for a memorable show. Since forming, the band has played shows with the likes of Propagandhi, Irrelevant, Toe To Toe, Conation, Samsara, A Secret Death, Mary Jane kelly, Drop Saw, Hand of Mercy, Coma Lies and many more.
