Odd Socks in its first incarnation began with a single rehearsal with Jak, Tommie, Xoë rehearsing in about November ’06. Chris, being a tramp with few friends, was there for the ride. The line up was originally intended to have Xoë on drums, Tommie on guitar and Jak on vocals and bass, with Chris just watching. By the end of the 2 hour rehearsal they had realised Jak couldn’t sing and play so Xoë sang and Chris wound up playing drums. Poorly.
