October Rain was formed during the summer of 2007. Living in the same apartment and each being a musician, they decided that it would be fun to start playing together. Starting out doing covers of various artists, October Rain played a number of smaller, intimate, shows. Eventually they began to write their own material, Eric and Andy mostly contributing to the music and Melissa writing the lyrics.
