Nor Cator & The Ooh La La's was created by Dutch & Ryan Morris who had met and grew up together when captured and raised by wolves in the back woods of Manassas, VA in 2010. They had developed a strong bond during this time. Dutch & Ryan where first introduced to musical instruments when they were taken from their wolf pack by a traveling circus. They developed skills of all the essential rock instruments while in the traveling circus. As they realized what skills they had acquired they decided to start the band.
