Gainesville, FL-based alternative pop band Noah's Red Tattoo was formed in 1993 by singer/guitarist Jared Flamm; lineup shifts were common throughout the group's infancy, with the gradual additions of bassist Aaron Carr, guitarist Sam Barnum and drummer Jason Feldman finally cementing the roster.
