Inconsistent. The No Service Project will probably annoy you. The band has been bailing on every sound it's gotten you used to since day one. Expect the expected if you're expecting what you shouldn't expect. These boys will get in your heart, make you love them, break up with you, get a makeover, then ask you out again.
