Nine Volt Invasion was a metalcore/grind band from Keller, TX (near Fort Worth). 9VI began jamming and writing in August of 2004, soon recording the "If You Can't Beat Them, Draft Them" EP with the line-up of Travis Pierce, Matt Pierce, Andrew Calvert, and Alex Daniel. After a disastrous first show at Northwood Church in Keller, Alex left the band, and the others began searching for new members, switching instruments, and writing new material.
