Nine High (Scotty Hinds, Fraksha and Felony alongside S.A) is an Australia based Hip-hop/Rap group with it's origins in Reading in the United Kingdom. Their music makes heavy use of sampling and mixing with rapping over the top. They have released two mix tapes and have an album in the works.
