An ever-evolving Sacramento based band formed in 2001 by singer and songwriter/"long time scenester," Brian Ballentine and drummer/producer, Troy Kimura (aka sober), both of who had previously played together in The Little Lost Monkeys. Mick Stevenson, who also played in Brian Ballentine and Friends, brought his southern fried grits to the table when he showed up with his banjo, guitars, and mandolin and joined in 2002.
