MRPF3 was formed in Potzdam, Germany in the year 1963. Completely revolutionizing the way music was performed, yet totally ignored for their entire career. They were the first band EVER to use distortion on a recording, and also the first band to sing about things other than cars or sexual conquest. They were punk before proto-punk was even a glimmer in Iggy Pop's eye.
