Formed in 2019 and based primary in Hanoi by rapper and producer pilgrim raid, Mona Evie consists of members aprxel, Spencer Nguyễn (from Rắn Cạp Đuôi) and later joined members (in 2022) Lưu Thanh Duy (from Nam Thế Giới) and @pangchiucowboy. Their debut album, Chó Ngồi Đáy Giếng, was recorded throughout 2021 in their bedrooms, combines the identities of all the member’s musical interests into a twisting multi-genre spanning record.
