Model American Concert History

Model American started in early 1995 with Tim Presley, Andy Granelli, and Ken Kirby, all high school students who met in San Mateo. All three of which had a deep love for early 80's punk rock, and dreamed of having a band in the vein of their idols, Black Flag, the Circle Jerks, the Bad Brains, the Adolescents, etc... so that's what they did. Soon guitarist Josh Stinson, and bassist Colin Page where added to complete the line-up. Model American started off playing any teen centers...
