Miranda Sykes (born in Spalding, Lincolnshire, in 1978) is an English folk singer, double-bassist and guitarist. As well as her solo work, she has recorded with Show of Hands (including as Show of Hands with Miranda Sykes) and as the duo Miranda Sykes and Rex Preston with mandolin player Rex Preston.
