Mindlikewater is a 5 piece rock band located in South Florida. The band has always been an eclectic blend of styles and genres. Early on the band received acclaim for their Emo-Core leanings on their 1999 debut album, The Hourglass Syndrome. The debut record was released independently and then re-released on Forkinhand Records of Boston, MA. The song, Darkstar was the lead track on Forkinhand and Obey Giant's compilation, The Giant Rock and Roll Swindle.
