Smooth jazz fans looking for fun in the sun have known for years that Destin, Florida on the Panhandle is the place to be each April, when the Seabreeze Jazz Festival draws thousands from around the U.S. to experience the genre’s top performers over a spectacular weekend. Since the release in March of Destin resident Michael J Thomas’ spirited and eclectic CD City Beat, the town’s got an exciting and similarly bright new musical calling card.
